About Us

Hi there!

My name is Gus Craig and I am the Founder and Owner of On Purpose Strength. I have been coaching for nearly a decade and have worked with clients and athletes from all walks of life.

Whether I’m working with an MLB Player or a lawyer, I know that health embodies more than just strength and flexibility. It’s also about setting and working towards one’s own individual goals; including building muscle, enhancing mobility, weight loss, injury prevention/rehab or reducing pain.

In addition to a personalized and well-designed workout plan, my clients focus on stress management, implementing healthy coping skills, eliminating self-limiting beliefs, nutrition and more.
